Ingredients
- 1 scoop (37g) Blueberry Muffin Cream of Rice
- 1 scoop (25g) Vanilla protein powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp ((30g) Greek Yogurt
- 1⁄4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour (optional, for texture)
- Sprinkle of Stevia or Monk Fruit
- (Optional) Cinnamon Sugar substitute for dusting
Instructions
1 Make the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
2 Shape & Load
Roll the batter into small balls and place them evenly into an air fryer basket.
3 Cook
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and firm.
4 Serve
Dust with powdered PB2 or a cinnamon sugar substitute. Enjoy warm!
