- 1 scoop (37g) Unflavored Cream of Rice
- 1⁄2 cup Water or plant-based Milk
- 1⁄4 cup Chopped fresh Pineapple
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk (for drizzle)
- 1 tbsp Toasted Coconut Flakes
Instructions
1 Cook the Cream of Rice
In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water or milk to a light boil. Stir in the Helixx Unflavored Cream of Rice and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy.
2 Add Toppings
Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped pineapple. Drizzle with coconut milk and sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
3 Serve
