Blueberry Almond Energy Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (37g) Blueberry Cream of Rice
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1⁄2 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup water (or adjust for desired consistency)
Instructions
1 Prepare the Cream of Rice
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk in the Helixx Blueberry Cream of Rice. Reduce heat and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens to your liking.
2 Mix in Almond Butter
Stir in almond butter while the mixture is still warm to melt it evenly.
3 Top with Fruit and Seeds
Pour into a serving bowl and top with blueberries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
4 Serve
Serve immediately for a warm, comforting breakfast, or chill and serve cold on a hot summer day.
