Ingredients
- 1 scoop (37g) Blueberry Muffin Cream of Rice
- 3⁄4 cup Hot water
- 1 scoop (25g) Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1 cup Blueberries
- (Optional) A few ice cubes
Instructions
1 Cook the Cream of Rice
Add hot water to the Helixx Cream of Rice and stir until smooth and fully cooked.
2 Add Protein
Mix in your scoop of vanilla protein powder until fully combined.
3 Chill
Let the bowl cool slightly, then add frozen blueberries and optional ice cubes.
4 Serve
Stir, chill for 5 minutes, and enjoy cold!
