Ingredients
- 1 scoop (37g) Cream of Rice (Unflavored)
- 1 scoop (25g) Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3⁄4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1⁄2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Maple syrup or sugar-free Syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp (Optional) Drizzle: Greek Yogurt + Stevia
Instructions
1 Make the Batter
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.
2 Prepare the Dish
Lightly grease a ramekin or microwave-safe mug. Pour the mixture in evenly.
3 Cook
Microwave: 60–90 seconds on high
