Mango Cream of Rice Recipe

Prepare the Kettle:
Boil 100mL water in your kettle.

Serve Cream of Rice:
In a heatproof bowl or mug, add 1 scoop (37g) of Helixx Foods Unflavoured Cream of Rice.

Add Boiling Water:
Gradually pour 100mL of boiling water into the bowl, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Let It Thicken:
Cover the bowl with a lid or plate and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

Mix in Mango Purée:
Stir in 2 tbsp of mango purée, along with 2 tbsp of milk or milk alternative if you prefer a creamier consistency. Adjust the sweetness with 1 tsp of honey or your preferred sweetener, if desired.

Garnish and Serve:
Top with 1 tbsp of diced fresh mango for a burst of flavor and color. Enjoy warm!
