Cook the Cream of Rice
In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water or milk to a light boil. Stir in the Helixx Unflavored Cream of Rice and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy.
2 Add Toppings
Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped pineapple. Drizzle with coconut milk and sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
3 Serve
Enjoy warm for a cozy breakfast, or chill for a cool tropical twist.
