If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You are responsible for providing us the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited, and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual freight charge incurred.

Shipping Information
Standard shipping fee is $9.99 or FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99.99. Average delivery time is 3 – 5 business days Monday to Friday within Canada Be advised that signatures are not required for deliveries, therefore if no one is available to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.
We use Canada Post XpressPost shipping, getting delivery times down to only 3-5 business days!
Customs charges may apply on orders outside of Canada and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
International Shipping fee is $24.99 + any Customs or Importation fees incurred (customers responsibility).
